Shipping & Returns

Order Processing & Shipping Times

All in-stock items will be sent out 1-2 weeks after we receive your order. All made to order pottery will ship out within 4-6 weeks after we receive your order.

If your order has a mix of in-stock & made to order items, your order will ship out together once the back ordered pottery is ready.

If your order is delayed, we will do our best to communicate the delay with you. You can always reach out to us at info@palmerplantercompany.com for more detailed information.

How We Pack and Ship
We wrap all our pots in paper and pack carefully into cardboard boxes, no plastic bubble or foam peanuts allowed!
Both the paper and boxes are made in the USA, and use 100% recycled paper materials.

We use UPS ground for all our shipments, usually taking 1-3 days in transit. We have found it to be the fastest and most reliable way to ship. If you require USPS please contact us prior to ordering at info@palmerplantercompany.com. We will do our best to honor your request.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will happily issue you a refund after we receive a return.

Please email us at info@palmerplantercompany.com within 30 days of receiving your items and we will promptly send return instructions. Returns must be shipped within two weeks of contacting our support staff.

Unless you are returning or exchanging an item that arrived defective or damaged, you will be responsible for shipping costs.

If your pottery arrives broken, please take a photograph of the damage and send the pictures over to info@palmerplantercompany.com. We'll get a replacement out to you quickly!
